These terms cover Chowk Jam at chowk.shipr.gg and the one-time purchase called the Festival Gift Pack. Playing the game or buying the pack means you accept them.

What is free and what is paid

• Levels 1–10 are free, forever, with no account and no ads. They are the same game as the rest.
• The Festival Gift Pack is a single payment that permanently unlocks levels 11–60, unlimited hints and unlimited undo, plus any level packs added later.
• It is not a subscription. Nothing recurs. There is nothing to cancel.

Who you are paying

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Your payment, your receipt, your invoice and any tax are handled by Paddle, and Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction. We never see or store your card details.

Your unlock

The unlock is tied to the order id created at purchase and confirmed by Paddle. It is stored in your browser, so clearing site data or switching device signs you out of it — use Restore purchase at the bottom of the game and enter your order id or the txn_… transaction id from your receipt. The server, not your browser, decides whether an unlock is valid.

The unlock is for your personal use. Please do not resell it, share access credentials, or redistribute the game’s files as your own product.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked. The details are on the refunds page.

Availability

The game is served as-is. We aim to keep it online and playable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and browsers, devices and hosting all change over time. If the game becomes permanently unavailable within twelve months of your purchase, email us and we will refund you regardless of the fourteen-day window.

No warranty, limited liability

To the extent the law allows, Chowk Jam is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with the game or the purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.

Fair use

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse the payment and entitlement endpoints, and do not use the game to distribute malware or unlawful content. We may block access that does.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never applies retroactively to a purchase already made. Questions: hello@shipr.gg.
